GETTING THERE:

Park anywhere along the METRO Streetcar route (formerly the River Rail Streetcar) and ride the trolley to the Little Rock Marriott stop. Free parking is available at the Clinton Presidential Library, Heifer International, Historic Arkansas Museum, 7th & Main St. in North Little Rock, and many other locations.
